Stephen Barbee has over 20-years experiences of serving the homeless, the disadvantage and the reentry population as a case worker, outreach worker, mentor and group facilitator.

Stephen Barbee currently serves at Connections to Success in Kansas City Missouri and Kansas City, Kansas as Community Outreach Coordinator. At Metro Lutheran Ministry in Kansas City, Missouri as Program Coordinator. Co-Founder/Co-Director of KC Outreach Inc. A service provider for the re-entry community. Also a Mentor at Leavenworth United States Penitentiary in Leavenworth, Kansas. He serve as a Lead Shelter Manager at City Union Mission, Kansas City, Missouri. Chaplain at Lawndale Christian Health Center Chicago, Illinois which served over 60,000 patients a year. Men's Division Director at Pacific Garden Mission, Chicago, Illinois which is one of the oldest and largest missions in the country, serving over 700 men daily.

Stephen Barbee has been a feature speaker for the, United States Department of Justice, Leavenworth United States Penitentiary, United States Probation and Pretrial Services, Ellsworth, Kansas Correctional Facility, Crossroads Correctional Center and Missouri Restorative Justice Conference.

Stephen Barbee has preached and taught the Word of God in Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Indiana, Wisconsin and Minnesota.
